What happens when the trial ends?
Your card is charged A$5 and the feed keeps flowing. We send a reminder email a few days before, so nothing is a surprise. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Your interests, sources and saved items stay put, so reactivating later picks up where you left off. You can also export or delete everything from Settings at any time.
Is payment secure?
Payments run entirely on Stripe - your card details never touch OmenPoint's servers.
Cybersecurity included. Add another beat for A$1 a month each.

How does a team pay?
One admin pays for everyone: a card billed monthly or annually through Stripe, or an annual invoice carrying your PO number and ABN. Seats are named, so when somebody leaves you reassign their seat rather than buying another one.
Can I add a beat later?
Yes, from the team's Beats tab, at any time. Adding one prorates the rest of the month. Removing one takes it away from every member straight away, and the unused days come back as a credit on your next invoice.
Do prices include GST?
Team and enterprise prices are shown before GST, which appears as its own line on the tax invoice. Individual prices are A$5 a month, GST included where it applies.
